Imagine that not one, but two Alices set off for Wonderland. One who is only beginning to discover the world – and one who already carries her own inner compass.

In this land, there are no rules. Time can run backwards or stand still. Here, no one is surprised by tears, no one is punished for laughter, no one is forced to grow up. The Alices talk, argue, defend themselves, and try to learn acceptance – of themselves, of each other, of the world.

This is not just a fairy tale – it is a journey into the realm of imagination, where reality and fantasy intertwine, just like in childhood. Rabbits are always in a hurry, the Mad Hatter asks senseless riddles, and roses are painted red. But most importantly, this is where one can remember (or discover for the first time) how vital it is to keep a sense of wonder alive – no matter the age.

The performance was created in collaboration with the students of “You and Puppets” (Department of Acting and Theater Studies, Faculty of Culture and Arts, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv).
