Stories of the Bricked-Up Windows
What secrets do the walls of the old theater hold? Which stories from the past still live in its cozy corners?
“Behind the Corners of the Theater” is an interactive performance-tour that unveils the (not)lost stories of the Lviv Puppet Theater. A building more than 110 years old tells its tale, while you become a co-author of this journey, choosing which events will come to life this time. The founding of the theater, legendary performances, mysteries of backstage life — each stop leads through eras filled with secrets and discoveries.
The backstage hides magical window-portals that open paths into different periods of the theater’s history. Which of them will unlock depends on the audience. Every performance is unique, as the viewers themselves decide which stories will be told.
